COLOMBO : In memory of the founding leader of the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress, former Minister Late M. H. M. Ashraf, members.a parliamentary group were present at the graveyard of the late Ashraff to pray for him in his eternity.
The team was led by party leader Rauff Hakeem, party secretary President’s Counsel .comprised Nizam Kariyapar, MLA M. Hizbullah, M. S. Udumaleppai, and M. S. Naleem, who are members of the 10th Parliament.
They offered prayers at the burial site of the late leader at the Jawathe Muslim Center in Colombo-7 on Wednesday (18) morning.
Muslim Congress High Council Member Maulavi Khalil B.A. (Madani) led the Dua for the spiritual well-being of the late leader Ashraf and for a better in the hereafter , and also mentioned the immense services he rendered to the community and the country.
Many party supporters were present during this event.
