COLOMBO : The Viet Nam embassy In Colombo will be launching a QUIZ COMPETITION among Sri Lankans living here and abroad for a period of 12 months during the year 2025.
Speaking to Colombo Times, Viet Nam ambassador Trinh Thi Tam said this will be conducted in commemoration of the 55 years of diplomatic relations between Sri Lanka and Viet Nam.
The ambassador said that the details of the competition which will be conducted through Colombo Times, will be announced during the launch of the competition in early January in COLOMBO.
The questions in the Quiz will be mainly on Viet Nam and its relations with Sri Lanka. Five winners will be selected among the participants at the end the year 2025 and they will be awarded certificates and attractive prizes, the envoy added.
Counsellor of the Viet Nam embassy Le Van Huong was also present during the discussions.
