COLOMBO : The Smart Night Music Concert, organized by the National Youth Service Council, took place on July 21, 2024, in front of the R Premadasa International Stadium.
This grand event, held under the full supervision of President Ranil Wickremesinghe and inspired by the vision of Minister Harin Fernando, was led by the Chairman of the National Youth Service Council, Pasidu Gunaratne.
Promoted as the largest music concert ever for Sri Lankan youth, “Smart Youth Night” brought together popular singers and bands from across the island. This event aimed to foster the development of smart, empowered youth in a smart country.
Held in the Colombo district, the concert was not only a musical extravaganza but also a celebration leading up to the final match of the LPL tournament. The night ended successfully, with an impressive turnout and enthusiastic participation from the youth and the general public.
