COLOMBO- Shereen Mohideen had worked as secretary to the ambassador of the United Arab Emirates enbassy in Colombo from the inception of the mission decades ago.
She died of heart attack around 12 noon on Sunday ,August 21
According to family sources , she had got a chest pain and was rushed to a private hospital, where she breathed her last .
She is survived by her two sons Akeel and Omar and the funeral is expected to be taken from 8th Lane ,Borupane Road Ratmalana to Dehiwela Muslim Burial Grounds at 8.30 am on Monday ,August 22.
