COLOMBO : Ambassador of United States Ms. Julie J Chung called on the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sudarshana Pathirana on Friday May 27 at rhw Air Force Headquarters.
A cordial discussion was held between the Commander and visiting Ambassador on matters of bilateral importance after which official plaques were exchanged to mark the occasion.
Chung said : “ Strong, secure Sri Lanka is critical to the stability & prosperity of the Indo-Pacific. Productive meeting with Air Marshall Sudarshana Pathirana about our efforts to strengthen defense cooperation in the region and our ongoing commitment to Sri Lankan security.”
