COLOMBO: US Ambassador Julie Chung hosted an iftar party at the Kingsbury Hotel in Colombo on Friday April 22.
In a statement issued following the evening event, Chung said : “ It was my pleasure to host an Iftar dinner for Muslim business, civil society, media, and diplomatic leaders. To all Muslims in Sri Lanka and around the world – I hope you are having a peaceful and blessed Ramadan.”
