COLOMBO : Reacting to media reports, the ministry of foreign affairs said here on Saturday. April 16, the artiste Bandu Samarasinghe will not be appointed Consul General to Milan.
Local newspapers reported here that Samarasinghe is to be appointed as Consul General to succeed Sri Lanka’s Consul General musician Neela Wickremasinghe who passed away earlier this year while in service.
