COLOMBO- A group of parliamentarians from the Opposition, led by its leader and Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) leader Sajith Premadasa staged mass demonstration near the legislature on Thursday morning on July 8.
The slogans were highlighting current issues such as media freedom, rising cost of living, farmers’ fertilizer problem and alleged threats to democracy.
