



COLOMBO : The Students’ Council of CIRP successfully organized “State of Mind 2025 – Mental Health Awareness And Psychology Exhibition”, an inspiring event aimed at promoting mental health literacy and emotional well-being among youth.
The event was held on Saturday, Oct (11) with (Dr) M.L.A.M. Hizbullah, Deputy Leader of the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress and Member of Parliament as the Chief Guest.
Distinguished guests including Globe Mirror Chairman Firas Nawas Hajiyar, Mrs. Rameeza Hizbullah, and ICST Chairman Eng. Ahamed Hiras Hizbullah were also present, adding significance to the occasion.
The exhibition provided students with valuable insights into psychological well-being, mindfulness practices, and the importance of open dialogue about mental health.
More than 10 stalls on different areas in mental health and psychology were displayed and explanations and demonstrations were done by the postgraduate and undergraduates in Psychology. Event was organized by the student body of Colombo International of Research and psychology (CIRP) and was held in their campus.
