A. L. M. Zarudeen – Director, Green Community Experience Centre
A. L. M. Zarudeen serves as the Director of the Green Community Experience Centre — the central hub for Human Resource Development under Zam Zam Foundation. A veteran in the field of education, he retired as the Additional Provincial Director of Education of the Central Province Zarudeen’s distinguished career in the Education Administrative Service reflects his deep commitment to excellence and innovation in learning. He holds postgraduate qualifications in both MBA and Law, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to leadership and management.
Within Zam Zam Foundation, he has been instrumental in designing a variety of Human Development training programs and continues to serve as a key resource person for many of its capacity-building initiatives.
K. M. M. Nawas – Advisor to the Board of Directors
K. M. M. Nawas currently serves as an Advisor to the Board of Directors of Zam Zam Foundation. With over 25 years of experience in international organizations, he brings a wealth of expertise in non-profit leadership, governance, and community empowerment.
An experienced development professional, Mr. Nawas has worked with several INGOs and diplomatic missions, specializing in areas such as civil society development, peacebuilding, communications, governance, women’s political empowerment, fundraising, and capacity building.
Trained in renowned universities including the American University and Uppsala University, he combines academic depth with hands-on experience in social transformation.
