COLOMBO – The United Nations Association (UNA) of Sri Lanka has organized 78th United Nations Day Celebration on 22nd Sunday. October at 3. 00 p.m. at the Sri Lanka Medical Association Auditorium, Wijerama Mawatha, Colombo 7. It will be held under the patronage of President of the UNA M.M. Zavahir.
Former Ambassador of the Kuwait and Past President of the UNA S.A.C.M. Zuhyle will be the chief guest and former Ambassador and Permanent Representative to UN in Vienna Dr. Dayantha Laksiri Mendis will be the guest of honour.
Parliamentarians, Diplomat Corps, Teachers and Students of UN Study Circle and UNA members will grace the ceremony said UNA Executive Chairman Dr. M.M.M. Rushanudeen.
