COLOMBO: Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe said on Thursday Feb
23 that the Election Commission has not yet legally decided on a date to hold the election and that there are no funds to conduct an election.
President Wickremesinghe made this remark while speaking in the parliament this morning (Feb. 23).
