COLOMBO : The Supreme Court has ruled that the decision to expel Parliamentarian S. M. M. Muszhaaraff from the All Ceylon Makkal Congress (ACMC) is unlawful.
The three-member Supreme Court judge bench led by Justice Priyantha Jayawardena delivered this ruling when a petition filed by MP Muszhaaraff against the party’s decision to expel him, was taken up before the courts today (29).
