COLOMBO : The Supreme Court issued an order to disenroll Nagananda Kodituwakku as an Attorney-at-Law, after considering a complaint filed against him.
The order was issued by a three judge bench comprising of Justice Priyantha Jayawardena, Preethi Padman Surasena and S. Thurairaja.
The Supreme Court had earlier temporarily suspended Kodituvakku’s ability to practice as a lawyer.
