COLOMBO :The Serendib Schools Development Foundation (SSDF) hosted its Annual Awards Ceremony 2025 on Monday, 18th August, at Al Hidaya College Auditorium, honouring academic excellence among Colombo’s Muslim school students.
The event was graced by Chief Guest, Dr. Rizvi Salih, Deputy Speaker of Parliament.
A total of 98 high-achieving students who excelled at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination, were presented with cash prizes and certificates of merit, recognising their dedication and hard work. Proud parents were also in attendance to witness this memorable celebration of their children’s success.
Guests of Honour, Murthaza Esufali and Faizal Haddad, commended the efforts of the SSDF and encouraged students to continue striving for excellence.
The event was presided over by SSDF Chairman, Rizvi Zaheed, with the participation of principals from all Colombo Muslim schools.
