COLOMBO : Senior journalist S.H.A Careem of Matale (formerly of Sunday Observer) who lived in Borupana Road Ratmalana passed away peacefully at his resident on Wednesday night . He is the loving husband of Senior journalist Zanita Careem (The Island), Zanita’s brother is Hilmy Sathar (USA) and Shamila Farhen from Saudi Arabia.
