COLOMBO — Senior Journalist M.K.M. Azwer’s ” ILangail Thulangum Marmangal ” the collection of thrilling crime stories drawn from true events and newspapers was launched at the J.R. Jayawardena Centre, Colombo on Tuesday, May 27.
It was held under the patronage of Retired Judge of Court of Appeal Justice M.M. Abdul Gaffoor.
Deputy Minister of National Integration Muneer Mulaffer was present as the chief guest and the special guest was Travel Data Pvt Ltd Managing Director M.J. Fuward ,who received the first copy of the book from the chief guest.
Also guests- of–honour were Zeenath Trading (Pvt) Limited Chairman/Managing Director A.H.M. Maheer, Kurunegala Teaching Hospital Dr. Shafee Shiabdeen, Sri Lanka Muslim Media Forum President N.M. Ameen, SLBC Muslim Service Director Fathima Rinoziya and other guests received the books.
SLBC Thendral FM Deputy Director Nagapoosani Karuppiah reviewed the book.
Maharagama Cancer Hospital Dr. Milhan Buhar, Jamiah Naleemiah Islamic Institute Senior Lecturer Ash Sheik S.H.M. Faleel, Crime Investigation Department Chief Inspector of Police A.F. Fuard and Media Personnels were also present.
