Saudi Ambassador Khalid Humoud AlKahtani who will be. leaving the island shortly on completion of his tour of duty bade farewell to his friends and journalists at a morning function held at the embassy premises on Tuesday, July 14.
In addition to the envoy’s friends , journalists from the print and electronic media were present.
“it is really sad to leave Sri Lanka where i have met friendly people who had helped me carry out my duties effectively and efficiently, “ AlKhahtani told. Colombo Times in a sad note.
