The phoenix is a phenomenally prodigious creature that is recognized for its idiosyncratic ability to meet one’s end and reintegrate it’s life by being reborn in its very ashes. The challenging nature of the prevailing world may be interpreted as a symbolic representation of mankind persisting among its ashes. Yet, there always reigns a silver lining, and the “Rotary International District 3220” has chosen to rise from the ashes through “The Call of the Phoenix”.
