PUTTALAM : Reyaz Mihular M., Chairman of Watawala Plantations PLC and Bairaha Farms PLC. Donated a Smart Board to Zahira College, Puttalam, with the aim of modernising the school’s educational activities and enhancing digital learning facilities for students.
The donation was made following a request by the Principal of Zahira College, Mr. I. A. Najeem, as part of the school’s efforts to improve modern teaching and learning facilities.
The official handover ceremony took place at Zahira College, Puttalam, on Subday, 31 August..
Representing Reyaz Mihular., Mujahith Nizar, Director of Muslim Charity Serendib Sri Lanka, officially handed over the Smart Board to the college administration.
The new Smart Board is expected to make classroom teaching more effective while providing students with an interactive and technology-based learning experience.
The facility will also support teachers and students in incorporating modern technology into teaching and learning activities, thereby contributing to the improvement of students’ educational skills and knowledge.
The administration of Zahira College, Puttalam, expressed its sincere appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to Reyaz Mihular. for his valuable contribution towards the educational development of students in the Puttalam District.
