COLOMBO : Retired Ambassador A.M.J.Sadiq hosted an Iftar and farewell dinner for the outgoing High Commissioner of Pakistan, Major General Faheem ul Aziz at the Indian Summer restaurant in Colombo on Saturday,, 21st February.
The occasion was graced by the presence of the Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Dr Rizvie Salih, parliamentarians, President’s Counsel Faiszer Musthapha and Mujibur Rahman .The High Commissioners of Bangladesh, Maldives and Malaysia, as well as the Ambassadors of Egypt and Palestine attended the event, along with prominent dentist, Dr Farhim Jameel, leading businessman, Afthab Selabdeen, Chairman of Universal Gateway Holdings and Mohamed Rasooldeen, Chief Editor of Colombo Times.
