COLOMBO: Ramadan Festival prayers at Colombo Grand Mosque drew a larger congregation of worshippers from all parts of the Sri Lankan capital on Saturday, April 22.
As Sheikh Mohammed Rizwan Bahji delivered the Jumma sermon and conducted the Festival prayers too at the Grand Mosque.
M.Thaufiq Zubyr,President of the Colombo Grand Mosque said the Eid is a festival that Muslims celebrate after a month of Fasting and spiritual supplications.
“ Our Humble Prayers are with all , to be safe and blessed throughout the year,” he added.
