PROFUSE THANKS: Sri Lanka’s Haj Travel Assoc, commends this year’s Hajj services

COLOMBO: The All Ceylon Hajj Tour Operators Association, has conveyed its congratulations and good wishes to the Custodian of the Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Salman for making this year’s Hajj a grand success.

M. Rizmi Reyal, Chairman/Managing Director of Traveler Global and President, All Ceylon Hajj Tour Operators Association has said in a letter addressed to the Saudi monarch : “ Your great hospitality, excellent services and facilities extended to all the pilgrims to complete their Hajj 2022 successfully and memorably after a break of two years need to be commended.”

“I myself have been a part of the Hajj 2022 group this year from Sri Lanka and my sincere observation is that it was wonderfully organized and all arrangements were excellent. I do not have a single issue during our travel between Mina to Arafah and Muzdalifah back to Mina, stoning of Satan for 3 days without any hassles”

“My supreme blessings and appreciation extended to King Salman and Crown Prince and also would like to extend my appreciation to Dr Tawfeeq F. Al Rabiah, Minister of Hajj & Umrah, Saudi Arabia, Dr Hassan Al Manakhra, Deputy Minister of Hajj & Umrah, Eng. Fareed Taha Mander, Adviser to the Minister of Hajj and Umrah and Director General of E-Hjj System Ministry of Hajj.”

Reyal also thanked Mr. Osama Bin Abdul Lateef Abu Al Ela, Acting CEO of Muttawiffy Hujjaj South Asia Company, Mr. Omar Akbar, Member of Board of Directors of Muttawiffy Hujjaj, South Asia Company and Mr. Hathim Bin Jawfer Bali, CEO of Adila Company Madeena.

“I would like to commend the valuable services extended by the Security Forces in order to ensure the security of all Pilgrims, the Health workers and Hospitals who handled the emergency health situations very caringly and all government officials who supported the success of the Hajj 2022.”

“ Lastly I would like thank the Sri Lankan Minister Hon. Vidura Wickremanayake for his guidance and support and also the Ambassador of Sri Lanka in Saudi Arabia, H.E. P M Amza, Dr Ashraf of Riyadh, Consul General in Jeddah R Falah Mowlana ,Mr. Ahkham Uwais, Chairman Hajj Committee, Sri Lanka, Ibrahim Ansar, MRCA director and his able team for making Hajj 2022 ‘possible.

“In addition to all above personnel I like to thank the Secretary to the Ministry of Buddhasasana, Secretary to the Ministry of Finance and lastly all the airlines and Tour Operators who handled the last minute reservations within a very short time to make the Hajj 2022 successful.. God Bless them All.”
