COLOMBO .In a message if condolence to the ruler of Qatar, President Anura Kumara Dissanayake said ; ” Deeply saddened by the passing of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Father Emir of Qatar.”
His visionary leadership and service to Qatar will be remembered.
