COLOMBO: President Ranil Wickremesinghe has proposed establishing an all-party governance system to address the key issues in the country.
The proposal was made when the President had talks with the opposition Samagi Jana Balawegaya on Friday Aug.5
The SJB leaders had also appealed to the President to lift the State of Emergency and stop arbitrary arrests of protesters.
