Dr Shaheed who is. currently based in the United Kingdom, had earlier served at the Security Forces Hospital in Riyadh.
During his period of stay in Riyadh , Dr Shaheed who was a senior member of the. Sri Lankan Expats Society in Riyadh founded the Free Medical Clinic to those community members who had no medical facilities from their workplaces
