COLOMBO – When the Sinhala and Tamil New Year is round the corner, the Pettah Market in Colombo became busy on Sunday with buyers and sellers meeting their respective clients.
Being a holiday, the buyers; mostly wholesalers came to the market to get adequate stocks for their shelves to cater to their customers for the upcoming New Year.
