COLOMBO- Fifth and Fourth Criss Streets in Pettah were fully crowded with buyers rushing to shops on Monday after a weekend stay at home .
Anxious buyers were unmindful of social distancing and health guidelines laid out by the government. Authorities were not present to check such violations in Colombo on Monday.
