“MELBOURNE :Yesterday , on Sunday, 21 January. I was passing by Swanson Street – Bergoff Street junction in Melbourne city when I saw a pro-Palestine public rally with hundreds of protesters participating. I captured a few photos. Rallies expressing solidarity with Palestine and calling for the end of attrocities in Gaza and an immediate cease have become a daily reality in many parts of the globe. In the midst of a massive crowd, one using loud speakers asking those present: “Do you agree what is happening in Gaza is GENOCIDE?” The response was instantaneous in unified voice “YES, IT IS… Yes it is.” The same message seems to be resonating in many parts of the world today.” – H A Azeez
