COLOMBO – Outgoing Bangladesh high commissioner Andalib Elias and his wife Sohana Huq hosted a dinner reception among their friends, well-wishers and members of the diplomatic corps on Tuesday , June 9 at the Kingsbury Hotel in Colombo .
Elias who will be leaving the island shortly will take over his country’s mission in Bangkok.
A senior diplomat who is currently serving in the United States is likely to succeed Elias in Colombo
