COLOMBO: A new WhatsApp number has been introduced for the public to submit complaints and raise issues related to the Department of Motor Traffic.
Complaints can be submitted via the WhatsApp number 074 245 3300.
The service has been launched under the theme, “Tell the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic.”
The Department of Motor Traffic has requested the public to send only messages to this number.
