COLOMBO — Mount Royal International School, Dehiwela held its annual concert and the awards ceremony 2023 at the S.De. S. Jayasinghe Hall, Dehiwela on Thurday November 2. It was held under the patronage of Principal of the School Sikkander Muhideen.
Centre for Development Studies Director Dr. Rauff Zain was present as the chief guest for the boy’s event and University of Sri Jayewardanapura Senior Lecturer Dr. Abdul Rahim Nihmiya was chief guest for the girl’s event.
Students who took part in various contests received awards, medals, and certificates from chief guest and guest of honour at this ceremony.
Guest of Honour Mohideen Bawa, Manager Nazeer Hussain, Academic Coordinator Mrs. Rikaza Sameem, Sectional Heads, Mrs. Mufeeda Azyaan, Ms. Zainab Nawaz, Mrs. Nafra Bazmi, Mrs. Shabnam Samsudeen, parents, students and teachers were also present.
Principal of the School Sikkander Muhideen presented token of appreciation to the chief guest Dr. Rauff Zain.
