COLOMBO – A section of the people in Negombo gathered in silence in remembrance of the Missing People in Sri Lanka. The gathering tookplace in Roddolugama,Seeduwa, on Wednesday,October 27.
The peaceful demonstration is being annually for the past 31 years in Sri Lanka. The Wednesday’s observance was held under the leadership of Britto Fernando with the participation of religious leaders, civil activists and social workers.
