I have immense pleasure to extend the best wishes and sincere greetings to Your Majesty and the People of the Sultanate of Oman, on behalf of the Government and the People of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and on my own behalf,on the joyous occasion of 53rd National Day of the Sultanate of Oman.
On this momentous occasion, I am pleased to underline the robust relations that exist at all levels between our two countries and am confident that those relations wil flourish further in the years to come, for the mutual benefit of our peoples.
