Islam is a Peaceful Religion that also embraces diversity and religious freedom.
The Message of Hajj, and, indeed the Message of Islam, is: ‘Surrender’ ,or rather, “Freedom through Surrender”.
Sri Lankans are peaceful, loving and generous people. I do call on all Sri Lankans to love one another, to interact with one another, to foster National Unity, and Always put Sri Lanka first: In their Prayers, In their Work and In their Social Interactions.
