COLOMBO : This year, the Meelad Day becomes more significant since we are celebrating 1500th birth anniversary of our Holy Prophet Muhammed, Peace Be Upon Him.
It is fitting to recall the Prophet Muhammed’s final speech where he told the world Muslims to cling onto the Holy Quran and the Islamic traditions( Hadiths) firmly to lead a better life in this world and in the hereafter.
While wishing all Muslims more prosperous life in their respective countries. let us raise our hands in prayer to Allah for his mercy, compassion and His blessings for happiness and peace for all.
