COLOMBO : Parliamentarian Mano Ganesan has posted a message in his Twitter, to Sri Lankan president Anura Kumara Disanayake as to why he can’t follow former president Mahinda Rajapaksa in relations with the north.
“If Mahinda Rajapaksa @PresRajapaksa, who fought a brutal war in the North & earned the resentment of Tamils of north, could still hold the Northern Provincial Council election, why can’t president AKD do the same, despite walking around the North in shorts at dawn, taking selfies, hugging people, & publicly displaying affection?
My dear friend Anura @anuradisanayake, this question is for you.”
