LONDON: Lankans in London staged a demonstration on Saturday afternoon to protest against the cremation policy of the government before the island’s High Commission in the United Kingdom.

The main slogans of the demonstrations were “ We Need Justice from Sri Lanka government’. The demonstrators said Muslims and Christians are traumatized by this policy which is being caried out on a consultation of a imcompetent expert committee which is flouting all international laws and requests from reputed local and international organizations.
