COLOMBO: Gotabaya Rajapakse, President and Chief Scout of Sri Lanka has appointed M. F. S. Muheed as the Deputy Chief Commissioner of Sri Lanka Scout Association w.e f. February 15
This is the No.Two-position after the Chief Commissioner
He has been a scout, scout leader and earlier held the positions of Asst. District Commissioner, Headquarters Commissioner, Asst. Chief Commissioner and Special Commissioner.
Muheed was also the Past National President and Chairman of Board of Trustees of the All Ceylon YMMA Conference.
He is an old boy of Zahira College Colombo where he was an active member of the college scout troop and has also officiated as a member of the Board of Prefects at his alma mater.
