MALE : The High Commissioner of Sri Lanka in Maldives Mohamed Rizvi Hassen called on the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of Maldives lruthisham Adam at the Mlnistry of Foreign Affairs on 16 April
Minister and the High Commissioner discussed the historical and multifaceted relations between Sri Lanka and Maldives and the potential areas of collaboration in economic, finance, health, agriculture and defence that could enhance the existing relations.
High Commissioner also conveyed the felicitations from the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism of Sri Lanka Vijitha Herath to Minister Adam on her appointment.
