COLOMBO : Sri Lanka Customs has confiscated a container load of illegally-imported goods from Dubai worth Rs. 300 million.
According to reports, the contraband included , Rs. 200 million worth of cosmetics, parts to assemble three- wheel vehicles, bottles of liquor and cigarettes were inside the impounded container.
The items had been declared to Customs as vehicle spare parts for the importation process.
