COLOMBO: Island Yaka Roasters at Rosmead Place,Colombo hosted an evening party to mark 65th National Day of Malaysia on Tuesday,August 31. The coffee shop is owned by Rufdhi.
The Chief Guest for the occasion was Mohammed Tuming, counselor at the Malaysian Embassy, while the Guest of Honour was Khalid Farouk,chairman of Sri Lanka-Malaysian Business Council.
Also present were YWMA president Fawaza Thaha, and past presidents .of the All-Ceylon YMMA Conference Zubair Hassan and Haleem A Azeez .
Counselor Tuming cut the independence day cake to mark the event.
