COLOMBO – The Department of Muslim Religious and Cultural Affairs has organized Islamic New Year ( Muharram ) Celebration on 20th of July 2023 at 6.45 p.m. at the Masjid Al Maqbool ( Memon Hanafi Masjid ) , W.A. De. Silva Mawatha, Colombo 6.
It will held under the patronage of Director of the Department of Muslim Religious and Cultural Affairs Faizal Abdeen.
Buddhasasana, Culture and Religious Affairs Minister Vidura Wickramanayake will be the chief guest.
