COLOMBO — The Iran Cultural Center of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Colombo has organized the Iran Film Festival from 6th to 8th February at the Paneebharatha Theater, Faculty of Dance and Drama, University of the Visual and Performing Arts, Colombo 7.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs Secretary Aruni Wijewardane along with Ambassador of Islamic Republic of Iran in Sri Lanka Dr. Alireza Delkhosh were present at the inaugural ceremony.
Films titled Emad and Touba, Leaf of Life, Villa Dwellers, Sara and Ayda and Gholamreza Takhti were screened.
Iran Cultural Center Cultural Counsellor Dr. B. Moazami Goodarzi ,, Chief of Economic Chief of Political Section Mostafa Hashemi and Embassy Officials were also present.
