Chief of Economic and Consular Embassy of Iran K. Soheil , Iran Cultural Centre Cultural Counsellor Dr. Bahman Moazzami, Chief of Political Section of Iran Embassy S. Mostafa Hashemi and Mojtaba Barghandan were present during the distribution.
