COLOMBO-The Indonesian Embassy and Sri Lanka Indonesia Friendship Association,SLIFA, organized Cultural and Charity Bazaar at the Indonesian Embassy premises on Saturday September 2.
It was held under the patronage of Ambassador of Indonesia in Sri Lanka Dewi Gustina Tobing
Secretary to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ms. Aruni Wijewardane was present as chief guest.
The Bazaar was dotted with 50 stalls from Indonesia and Sri Lanka Foods, which includes Clothing, Handicrafts, Household Items, Costumes, Jewelry, Cosmetics and Fancy Items.
The event featured a Cultural Show, which was spiced with performances by cultural dance groups, songs, music and a variety of entertainment from Indonesia and Sri Lanka.
Ambassadors, President of SLIFA Marleena Laxana and members and large number of people were present.
