KALMUNAI: The Indian High Commission in Colombo, distributed 100 packs of dry rations as Ramadan hampers for deserving people in Kalmunai in the Eastern Province.
Ashok Kumar, second secretary at the Indian high commission distributed the packs in the presence of Rahmath Munsoor Deputy Mayor of Kalmunei municipal council.
Colombo-based Young Women’s Association,YWMA, headed by Fawaza Thaha coordinated the distribution by selecting the deserving people in the community during the month of holy Ramadan,
