COLOMBO -The International Airline & Aviation College (IAAC) held its 14th Graduation Ceremony on 17th January 2026, celebrating the achievements of over 450 graduates across two sessions.
The first session witnessed the graduation of 220 students and was honoured by Sunil Jayarathna, Chairman of the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka, as the Chief Guest.
The ceremony was further graced by distinguished aviation leaders:

Senior industry professionals and IAAC lecturers were also present to witness the proud moment.
The second session saw the graduation of another 230 students with Captain Daminda Rabukwella, Director General/CEO of Civil Aviation, as the Chief Guest.

Dr. Sumith De Silva – Head of Corporate Communications AASL
The ceremony was vibrant and colourful, featuring tradjihitional cultural performances.
Inspirational keynote addresses were delivered by Mr. Peter Hill, a globally respected aviation legend, and Dr. Sumith De Silva, making both sessions highly engaging and motivational.
