COLOMBO : Health Promotion Bureau, Deputy Director-General of Health Services, Dr. Hemantha Herath urged the people to take the booster shot against Covid as quickly as possible.
Addressing a press conference, the official said only 3,391,472 individuals out of 13,829,473 fully vaccinated Sri Lankans have received the booster dose and most individuals were refusing to obtain the booster dose due to misinformation. Rohana said that most people act irresponsibly during the weekends without adhering to the health guidelines.(CDN)
