It is with an immense pleasure that I extend my warm felicitations and sincere greetings to Your Excellency on the happy occasion of the 51st National Day of the Sultanate of Oman.
Bilateral relations between Sri Lanka and the Sultanate of Oman have grown significantly over the past decades, culminating in the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries this year.
I am confident that the growing bilateral relations underpinned by the long-standing bonds of friendship that happily exist between the two countries, will continue to flourish in the years ahead.
Please accept, Your Excellency, my best wishes for your good health, personal well-being and for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of the Sultanate of Oman.
